This design project involved creating an app for the startup WEMBY that reduces employee stress through daily checkups and psychological exercises and therapy. I collaborated with a team of psychologists to create meaningful exercises, while the app design prioritized usability and simplicity for a seamless user experience.
Mindfulness
Mindfulness practice along with breathing and meditation helps concentration and stress reduction.Also a good UX and UI can help reducing users' frustration when using an APP 😉
Establishing healthy behaviours and good routines is the key to a happy life.
