Thawcrook is the latest album from folk duo Rebecca Hill and Charlie Stewart.
Named after a historical tool used to create rope in rural Scotland, the artwork brief was to take inspiration from the tool and what it was used for, and visualise the connections between the musicians, the music on the album, and the story that brought this album together.
The artwork was made through a combination of analogue painting & collage, digital painting and takes inspiration from historical maps, which elements feature throughout the album design.
