Development of Marte ERP POS and Inventory MVP

Problem: Small and medium sized businesses often struggle to manage daily operations like sales, inventory, and employee roles using simple, reliable tools. Existing solutions are either too complex or too expensive for small teams.

Solution: I built Marte ERP, a modular ERP system designed to solve these challenges. The MVP focuses on POS and inventory management and includes:

Registering sales with cash or card payments

Real-time stock updates

Tracking sales history and item movement

Fast and intuitive cashier workflow

The backend is built with NestJS, TypeScript, and MongoDB, using JWT authentication for secure access. The frontend uses React, making the system scalable for multiple business types, roles, and languages.

Outcome: A working MVP that can be tested by small retail businesses. It lays the foundation for future modules like analytics, user management, and multi-language support.
