Magazine Design (cover page + layout)

Client : WeConnect is the official magazine of Alumni connect of National Institute of Fashion Technology, the premier institute of fashion and design in India. For the 4th Issue, December 2023, I conceptualized the following theme and built on it :

Nature Meets Technology: Embracing Sustainability and Roots

This illustration shows the juxtaposition of organic life and computer technology. A computer chip is a Canvas upon which algae and fungi thrive, telling us that in the pursuit of technology advancement we should harness principles of nature to coexist and create a sustainable future. Bamboo is a symbol of strength resilience and adaptability in many cultures, the qualities, this relationship of si and sustainability should have. This reminds us that no matter what, how far we take our technical inventions, we must stay connected to our roots, as our kind mother nature accepts us with open arms.
