Privacy-first AI email agent for HR and patient data

An email workflow that answers up to 95% of HR and patient emails while the AI only ever sees anonymised data.

Two Dutch organisations, an HR and payroll provider and a healthcare provider, ran support inboxes full of data that cannot leak. A 10-person team answered them by hand. I designed and built one workflow for both. Every email is anonymised before any model reads it, routed by a small model, then answered by a multi-agent system from a knowledge base and live HR-system lookups. A person reviews and sends every draft.

Anonymiser: checksum-validated patterns for Dutch IDs and bank numbers, plus named-entity detection for names
