Alexithymia, is a stage performance that narrates confused faces when dealing with the expression of energy justice. To express and reflect the phenomenon of modern human minds, the justice and equality of carbon emission and energy, and pursuit of personal interest at the expense of human welfare. Using the experimental method to try to capture human expression when confronted with the question about energy justice. These faces, captured from direct observation of people regardless of their class–where people responded to the current issue of energy justice–and then, the first expression they made would become the material for this experiment, to be performed on the stage of the show later. The stage itself would be depicted as the place that suffered the most from the energy injustice. A crowded space full of noise of the metropolis, air pollution, and suffocating heat. However, there is a safe space away from the stage, a comfortable place that is the audience’s seats. At the very least, we want to convey an experimental performance to juxtapose the dilapidated condition of energy inequality and injustice depicted on stage with the clean comfort of audience seats. As the core of this performance, we tried to delve deeper on the meaning of energy justice. And so we hope that with this performance a public awareness about energy justice could be achieved.
