Gr8nola's founder, Erica Liu Williams, approached us to boost her site's sales. After a thorough analysis, we pinpointed crucial areas for improvement. Specifically, the site lacked clarity in communicating what made gr8nola unique, essential for showcasing its premium products. Additionally, the site was text-heavy and used excessive colors, diverting attention from key brand messages.
The project, focused on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), centered on content writing and User Experience (UX) redesign to enhance conversion and average order value (AOV).
Before implementing any changes, we utilized Hotjar to heat-map gr8nola's existing site, tracking traffic behavior and analytics to make informed decisions.
