I built a centralized CRM

I built a centralized CRM system in PHP for a client managing three separate construction companies from one platform. Designed the database to support multi-company data segregation while giving the owner a unified dashboard. Developed lead/client management, project tracking, invoicing, and reporting modules, along with role-based access control to secure data across companies. Handled the project solo from requirement gathering and database design to development, deployment, and support.
