ServiceOS — Quote-to-Cash Mini ERP A bilingual responsive operations demo for small service businesses. It connects quotes, project delivery, invoicing and collection, revision and defect triage, and audit history in one clear workflow. I designed the information architecture and built the React and TypeScript interface with owner, operations, and finance views, local-only quote drafts, CSV export, and role-based demo restrictions. Verified at desktop, tablet, and mobile sizes. All companies, amounts, and transactions are fictional. This is a self-initiated public portfolio project, not a paid-client case study.
