Marquee Mangement System

This client-based project focuses on developing a Marquee Management System, with the primary objective of modernizing the existing manual system. The client seeks to streamline the process of record-keeping for management, employees, and staff. Currently, the marquee relies on outdated methods of manually inputting data into Excel sheets and storing information in local storage and documents, which poses efficiency and security concerns. Furthermore, sharing employee data, progress reports, and employee reports with the owner is a challenge. The management team also faces difficulties in maintaining and managing records. The project's purpose is to provide a digital solution to replace the manual system, enabling users to shift their focus away from record-keeping and towards other activities. The evaluation of the existing system highlights its limitations, mainly due to manual record-keeping, making data management a challenging task. The proposed system will address these issues by storing employee, inventory, and financial records in a secure and convenient database, eliminating the inefficiencies associated with manual record-keeping. The system is designed to be user-friendly for both regular users and administrators. Additionally, it will offer an online booking system for events, which can contribute to the growth of the business.
