The problem
Three legacy batch-processing activities (export, archiving, and data transfer) had little documentation, making them hard for IT and business partners to maintain or change.
What I did
Traced each workflow end to end, including its application data dependencies
Created process-flow documentation for all 3 activities
Walked IT and business partners through the flows to confirm accuracy
The result
IT and business teams gained a shared, documented understanding of the legacy ETL workflows and how data moves between applications.
