Leadership is an important component and regarded as a significant part of organizations. The purpose of this research is to explain how leadership styles, employee organizational commitment level, and innovative work behavior of employees are related to each other. This study examined the relationship between transactional leadership style and transformational leadership style on employee organizational commitment level, and innovative work behavior of employees from London’s Hilton hotel employees’ perceptive. The study is based on a survey of a convenience sample of 278 employees working in Hilton hotel London to gather the data. For analysis of statistical results, IBM SPSS version 23 (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) was used. Specifically, the study used correlation, regression, ANOVA analysis to examine the hypothesized relationships. Results showed that transactional leadership style and transformational leadership style had positive influences on employee organizational commitment level and their innovative work behavior.
