Scope of Work:
1. Prepare Monthly Creative Design Requests to be given to the Ad/Creative Design Department.
2. Occasionally develop unique, on-brand, and captivating creatives for Rachel Parcell Inc. to be published on Facebook and Instagram platforms which match style, format, and consistency of ad creative requested in Creatives Requests.
Research & Discovery:
Analyze the current brand positioning, tone, and visual style.
Understand the target audience and their engagement behavior on Facebook and Instagram.
Identify key visual trends in the fashion industry that align with the Rachel Parcell brand.
Analyze customer feedback, sales data, or website analytics to determine potential design needs.
Requirement Definition:
Clearly define the objective of the creative request (e.g., launching a new product line, seasonal promotions).
Determine the target audience for the creative material.
List specific deliverables (e.g., gif, carousel, video).
Content Creation:
Draft any textual content that will accompany the creative design.
Provide high-quality images or a brief for the type of imagery desired.
If specific colors or branding elements need to be incorporated, mention them clearly.
Compile & Organize Information:
Use standardized forms or templates to submit the creative request, ensuring all necessary information is included.
Organize any supporting materials, references, or previous designs that could be helpful.
Ensure Brand Consistency:
Familiarize myself with the brand's style guide and ensure all requests align with it.
Highlight any exceptions or deviations and provide a justification.
By executing these duties efficiently, I ensured that the creative design department received a comprehensive, clear, and actionable brief. This in turn will increase the likelihood of receiving designs that meet the brand's objectives and resonate with the target audience.
