• Project Initiation- Support Conceptual Approach development, set sizing timeline expectations, lead sizing process, obtain resource commitments, create Charter package and obtain approvals.
• Project Delivery- Delivering projects within Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) compliance thresholds for scope, schedule, and budget.
• Risk Management- Identify risks, triggers and mitigation plans at time of Charter. Monitor closely throughout project lifecycle to manage risks, leveraging work experience and relationships to drive resolution.
• Change Management- Adhere to PMM change control processes and address any impacts to Scope/Schedule/Budget commitments.
