Here's what I did:

Engineered the platform using MERN, complemented by additional tools like WebSockets to facilitate in-app messaging.

Implemented a dashboard for users to track property metrics such as revenue, customer acquisitions, and sales activities.

The solution realized substantial cost savings of up to 32%, demonstrating the platform's efficiency.
