TikTok Political Commentary Series

Over the past 2 years, I've built a TikTok channel focused on political news commentary. The workflow is simple but effective: I screen capture breaking news clips from Fox News and other sources, crop and clean up the images using Samsung's built-in photo editor, arrange 3-4 screenshots into a visual news story format, add my own editorial commentary, layer in music, and publish.

The result is a feed that turns raw broadcast news into digestible, opinion-driven short-form content for a mobile-first audience. Every post is curated, edited, and captioned by me.

This is content repurposing at its core: taking long-form source material and repackaging it for a specific platform and audience. The channel has grown to over 1,000 followers and 25,000+ likes organically, with no paid promotion.

The work demonstrates content curation, editorial voice, platform-native formatting, and an understanding of how to package information for social media audiences.
