MedSync AI: Prescription Management and Adherence Web Platform

MedSync AI is a web application that helps patients and healthcare providers manage prescriptions, prevent drug interactions, and reduce missed doses. The platform combines an AI-powered adherence engine with smart reminders, drug interaction checks, and pharmacy integrations so users always take the right medication at the right time with the right dosage. Patients see a friendly dashboard with schedules, alerts, and progress stats, while clinics see adherence analytics, plan usage, and patient outcomes.

I built MedSync AI as a full web product using Next.js and React on the front end, with a clean marketing-led landing page, feature walkthroughs, pricing tiers, FAQs, and a logged-in experience for patients and providers. The backend (Node.js plus REST API with PostgreSQL) handles user accounts, medication schedules, interaction rules, notification settings, and partner integrations. AI services evaluate drug-drug and drug-condition interactions and drive adaptive reminders, which are delivered via email, SMS, and push through integrated notification providers.

This project shows how I design and develop end-to-end healthcare platforms, from conversion-focused marketing pages to secure data-driven dashboards, combining clear UX, medical safety logic, and reliable integrations with existing healthcare tools and pharmacy systems.
