Another place where "the community comes to gather" is the year-round Farmer's Market. It is a producer-only market and the vendors are local. It also offers SNAP benefits. There are 5 school districts in the Town of Brighton and the award-winning Brighton School District receives high marks for academics, administration, college prep & teachers. The Development in Brighton is booming! The Reserve in Brighton on Erie Canal - homes, townhomes and condominiums with multiple configurations on a property next to Erie Canal, with a dog park, fountains, ponds and a Clubhouse that has everything from a pool, to a spa, to a mini-theater, wine cellar and more! Top Golf is coming to CityGate and is expected to open Summer 2025 - you don't have to be a golfer to go! Aldi's grocery store will be opening soon on South Clinton near McQuaid HS Brighton just received a grant to help fund the renovation of the Brighton Town Hall, including an update to the HVAC system using geothermal technology & affording better accessibility. The town also received a grant to renovate the community pool at the Town Hall, replace the existing playground adjacent to the pool to make it more accessible, and install a new splash pad for all to enjoy.
