Overview
As part of a series of incubators in 917 Ventures. I spearheaded two design initiatives for insurance and e-commerce. Surely, an insurance platform, helps users match with personalised insurance. This platform also helps insurance agents to organize and monitor clients and work with multiple users on their dashboard.
Approach
After a series of design wireframes, and conducting competitive analysis to cover and compare other platforms, we went with a minimal design to promote to angel investors. Working with a scrum team of 5; composed of a PO, PM, 2 Software Engineers, and QA, 1 Designer.
