An ecommerce brand approached me because their email marketing was underperforming. While they had traffic coming to their store, they weren't maximizing revenue from their existing subscribers and customers.
The goal was to build a revenue-generating email system that could recover lost sales, improve customer retention, and increase the contribution of email marketing to overall store revenue.
