Taskmarket integration for Bankr

Designed and implemented an AI-assisted Taskmarket skill for the public BankrBot skills catalog. The contribution adds safe worker discovery and delivery workflows, requester controls, review and settlement guidance, and withdrawal safeguards that preserve explicit user authorization.

Implementation includes seven files, a read-only guard, six automated tests, validation against the repository skill schema, and reproducible setup instructions. The pull request is public, open, and awaiting maintainer review.
