The client, Aspire Counselling & Psychology wanted a brand new website refresh that was consistent to their brand, enhanced user experience, and promoted more online bookings through a more seamless look.

They wanted to to refresh and update the online experience of Aspire to deliver to current and future clients, without adding on any more stress on the individual.

Common pain points included:

Cluttered Layout/Interface, hard to find key information which can make incoming clients overwhelmed

Dull colour palette - design system and branding needed an update

Non-responsive, outdated elements
