Designed and implemented a multi-phase digital transformation for a coaching and consulting business, migrating manual workflows into a fully automated ClickUp ecosystem integrated with Make, Xero, Acuity, and Mailchimp.

Built complex Xero invoicing logic with split billing for long-term programs and auto-generated coach purchase orders on client booking. Engineered a scalable Organisation and Cohort hierarchy in ClickUp for bulk participant intake via Google Sheets and automated Google Drive folder creation. Connected website leads, Facebook Lead Ads, and Acuity Scheduling to auto-populate the Sales CRM with Mailchimp follow-up sequences. Developed real-time dashboards tracking Sales, Finance, Delivery, and Assessment metrics across the business. Produced a full SOP and Loom training library that drove 100% team adoption post-go-live.
