Introduction:

Choose Life Wellness is a digital platform that helps individuals and organizations achieve their physical and mental well-being goals. The platform offers intelligent and verifiable analytics and progress reports, as well as a wide range of meal plans and exercises.

Project Brief:

The Chief Marketing Officer, Adellet Sarkis, conducted all product research for Choose Life Wellness. The Head of Product Design then created low fidelity wireframes, which were used to develop high-fidelity screens for the landing page, team page, about page, and login pages. My main task for this project was to design the high-fidelity screens for these pages, while ensuring that the product's user assessments were taken into account.

Design Process:

To begin, I thoroughly read and analyzed the Product Requirements Document (PRD) to identify the necessary features for the platform. I focused on creating a Hero Landing Page, Blog Section, Client-Side Panel, User Dashboard, and Onboarding and Assessments. I also sourced inspiration from Pinterest and Behance to create a minimalistic design that was both modern and aesthetically pleasing.

I created wireframes for the landing page and blog, which helped establish the dimensions for various components and elements that were used throughout the site. I also designed the onboarding process, which included a Questionnaire experience to capture a user's necessary information for assessment. The main challenge was presenting a large amount of data and metrics without overwhelming the user.

Throughout the four-week project, I worked closely with the development team and senior designer, constantly iterating and making corrections to ensure that the final product met the client's needs and expectations.

Design Principles:

During this project, I was reminded of the importance of "more is less". The senior designer recommended a book for me to read at the start of the project, "100 Things Every Designer Should Know", which focused on color theory and minimalism. I used this knowledge to create a clean, simple interface that could effectively present a large amount of data to the user.

Conclusion:

Working on Choose Life Wellness was an exciting opportunity to design a digital platform that has the potential to make a significant impact on people's lives. By focusing on minimalism, usability, and effective presentation of data, I was able to design a high-quality product that meets the client's requirements and will ultimately help individuals and organizations achieve their wellness goals.

Impact:

Unfortunately, the impact of the Choose Life Wellness project can not be provided due to legal obligations and NDA's . However, the potential impact of a digital wellness platform like Choose Life is significant, as it empowers individuals and organizations to take control of their physical and mental well-being by providing them with the tools, data, and guidance they need to achieve their goals. The intelligent and verifiable analytics and progress reports offered by Choose Life can help users track their progress and stay motivated, while the meal plans and exercises provided by the platform can help them make the necessary lifestyle changes to improve their overall health and wellness. Ultimately, the impact of a product like Choose Life could be substantial in helping people live healthier and happier lives.
