As a HeyGen-certified proofreader, I participated in a project with the HeyGen team, proofreading and reviewing audio for English-to-Japanese translations for Pluralsight.

Pluralsight offers a wide range of online courses related to technology, such as APIs, data analytics, and cloud databases.

Since I am a native Japanese speaker with an IT background, I am committed to ensuring accurate transcription and audio proofreading for their online courses.

Leveraging my experience in IT and creative design, I proofread and reviewed audio for online courses that include specialized terminology, such as data analytics and Agile.

I reviewed a total of 135 minutes of course content, consisting of approximately 127,000 characters. This included proofreading both the translated video and the translated transcript, spending around 35 hours in total.

Since HeyGen generates automatic transcriptions and audio, a significant amount of time can be saved.

Currently, I charge $30–$35 per hour for English-to-Japanese proofreading.
