Shopify variant-state repair | fictional demo

This self-directed ThemeCare project demonstrates a bounded Shopify-style product interaction repair using synthetic data. It is not a paid-client case, an installed merchant theme, or evidence of sales results.

OpenAI/Codex performed the technical production and verification. The named individual operating ThemeCare remains the accountable service provider.

The before-and-after demonstration, source files and reproduction notes are available at the external project link. The work focuses on consistent selected-variant state and small responsive theme interactions. Desktop and mobile views are included in the original evidence.

The demonstration is a front-end fixture, so its checks do not establish Shopify rendering, a real cart, payments, app compatibility or merchant acceptance. Real theme work requires agreed reproduction steps and checks on a duplicated, unpublished theme.

Deliverable approach: changed source files, labeled evidence, explicit acceptance checks and rollback instructions.
