The client
Reelrr produces short-form reels for individuals and businesses, shot on-site by trained creators called reelrrs. After we built their lead generation website, they needed one system to run the business behind it.
What we built
A monthly admin dashboard: bookings, today's shoots, payments received and pending, bookings waiting for a creator, completed and upcoming shoots, revenue, new leads, quotes sent, and booked and lost leads
Bookings with creator assignment status, plus payments, clients and leads
Lead follow-ups for today, tomorrow and overdue
reelrr (creator) management and settings
An activity feed for booking and payment updates
A workspace for reelrrs to see their shoots, upload deliveries, and track earnings and their profile
