uildor AE Producer is a custom production system I developed around my own motion-design workflow. The goal was to reduce repetitive production work while keeping creative control inside After Effects. The system combines AI-assisted script generation, scene-based project structure, audio transcription, subtitle timing, reusable templates and profiles, versioning, exports and update-safe project rebuilding. Instead of using AI as a separate tool, AE Producer connects it directly to the production process — helping move a project from script to structured scenes and final After Effects compositions. It is also part of the broader Buildor ecosystem, where agents, applications and automation can work together across creative and development workflows.
