Market Request

Problem

Being an enthusiast in the field of AI content generation, I discovered that AI-generated videos lack functional value and knowledge systems for training professionals.
There is currently a significant gap between new technological solutions and their practical application, as well as their integration into traditional video production and advertising markets.
We still have a long way to go in this direction, creating rental services, products, and workflows that will not replace, but enhance our human capabilities and traditional software stack, making new creative solutions more accessible and unique for the end user.

Solution

That's why I decided to create a channel that stays away from AI hype and aims to bring closer the stage of integration and practical application of AI for people in various creative professions. From designers and photographers to videographers and beginners who want to enter this industry. I set the following task: to create realistically generated videos and processes, as well as to develop training materials to contribute to the industry.
I also needed to record a tutorial video and share it on social media. I chose YouTube for this. I decided to create a channel and branding for it.

Process

Project Description

The task was complex. For the YouTube channel branding, I created:
Name
Logo
Intro
Internal graphics like subscriptions and transitions
Position
Video Formats
Narrative Style
For generating AI videos, I designed and developed:
A workflow based on Stable Diffusion
Recorded a tutorial video
Shared and documented the workflow on OpenArt
To make this process and training, I did a lot of research on GitHub from developers and scientists. I used my video and effects skills to put it all together. This area is new, so I had to figure things out without any other training to guide me. There aren't any yet!
2 stage
Over time, with the emergence of more advanced and accessible generative models, I also developed commercial processes, tested them in the market, and started showing the audience how I created various videos. As a result, the channel expanded into multiple formats, some of which are still in development.
- Cinematic AI videos
- Tutorials on the practical use of tools
- Comprehensive workflows that explain how a video was made, not only from a technical but also from a conceptual perspective

Results

The numbers speak for themselves: the YouTube channel received a steady stream of organic traffic, and over 1,000 people downloaded the video creation tutorial from OpenArt, leaving positive reviews.
In the second stage, the channel gained 2,500 new subscribers in one month. Workflow videos got 50,000 views and thousands of watch hours, and this is just the start. Here are some examples of videos from the channel.
