Casandra was closing her PMU (permanent makeup) business to transition into digital business coaching. Over two years I became her digital right hand — designing and running her entire marketing operation from backend to frontend, including service delivery to her own clients.
The work covered everything: building her Kajabi site, sales funnels, Meta ads campaigns, email sequences in ActiveCampaign, CRM management, masterclass and webinar setup through Zoom, and product delivery. From there I also managed her full content operation.
We produced 102 episodes of her podcast, Business Savage. I handled recording, editing, publishing across YouTube, Apple Podcasts, and Spotify, plus creating shorts and clips for social media and writing the newsletters tied to each episode. The top-performing video reached 30K views with a life coach guest and brought in direct leads for both her speaking coaching service and the agency side.
That podcast became the engine for a waterfall content system — each episode turned into short clips, social posts, and newsletter content that fed organic growth, complemented with paid Meta ads when it made sense.
Through working with Casandra I also took on clients she referred — web design, landing pages, sales funnels, and ads management — essentially operating as an extension of her business.
Results:
~$1K in ad spend → $70K CAD in revenue
102 episodes produced and distributed across 3 platforms
Top video: 30K views, direct business leads generated
Email sequences: +60% open rate
Additional clients acquired through agency-model service delivery
