The NIMA project is a holistic and multicultural proposal created by Margo and her colleagues, focused on the fusion of four distinct cultures (Mallorca, Andorra, Brittany, and Madrid) through gastronomy, design, and cultural activities. It is based on the creation of a restaurant and a meeting space that promotes cultural diversity and respect for the environment.

Space Design: The circular, two-story building includes a restaurant area on the lower floor, where a diverse culinary offering is presented, and a café on the upper level, with spaces for teleworking, reading, and studying. A central garden visually connects both levels and serves as a setting for cultural events that foster integration and intercultural dialogue.

Uniform Design: Each garment is designed to reflect cultural identity, with specific details such as embroidery inspired by the symbols of each region. Sustainability is fundamental in the choice of materials, using recycled cotton and linen, as well as natural dyes to reduce environmental impact.

Sustainability: The furniture and decor include recycled materials, with products from FabBrick, a company that turns textile waste into architectural elements. This, along with menu cards made from recycled paper and sustainable uniforms, reflects a commitment to sustainability and waste reduction.

NIMA also includes organizing talks and workshops with artisans to enrich the cultural experience of visitors, highlighting the importance of sustainable artisanal techniques and fostering an appreciation for the cultural traditions of each region involved in the project.
