We consolidated 47 messy ad sets into 5 strategic super-audiences with tiered exclusions to eliminate overlap.
This approach ensured we weren't just chasing low-ticket impulse buyers but targeting high-value customers.
We integrated Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Shopify, Recharge, Klaviyo, Looker Studio, server-side GTM, Cloudflare, and Hotjar into a seamless ecosystem.
Next up: We're expanding to TikTok Shop and Pinterest Ads using the same proven framework, forecasting an additional 20-25% scale at ≤USD 33 CPA.
