Prioritizing yourself is essential in development. Set a goal where you will challenge yourself to be relaxed whether it is exercising, doing your hobbies, going on vacation by yourself, or just simply relaxing. Be creative and productive, go to the gym everyday, study a new language, play your favorite sport, or by simply cleaning your apartment. Don’t let yourself drown in negativity, get enough sleep, eat regularly, and stay hydrated. Remember that self development is not only mentally or emotionally but also physically.
