Klaviyo Skincare Conversion Email – Sonia Roselli Starter Kit Campaign

Project Overview

This project focused on designing a conversion-driven email campaign for a skincare brand promoting its starter kits. The goal was to create an email that not only highlights the offer but also guides new customers through understanding the products, building trust, and taking action.

The Problem

The main issue with the previous approach was that the email did not effectively support new customers who were unfamiliar with the brand. While the products were well presented, there was no clear path for someone who was seeing the brand for the first time. This created uncertainty, especially in a category like skincare where trust plays a major role in purchasing decisions.
Another challenge was the lack of structure in how information was delivered. Key elements such as product benefits, customer experiences, and frequently asked questions were either missing or not positioned in a way that supported decision-making. As a result, the email felt more like a general promotion rather than a guided experience that helps customers move from interest to confidence.
There was also a disconnect between the offer and the supporting content. The discount and starter kits were visible, but they were not reinforced with enough context to help customers understand why they should choose these products over alternatives.

The Solution

✅ The solution began with restructuring the email into a clear conversion flow designed specifically for new customers. The opening section was built to immediately communicate the offer while maintaining a strong visual presence that reflects the brand. This creates an entry point that captures attention and sets expectations.
✅ From there, the content was organized to support decision-making step by step. The email introduces starter kits in a way that feels approachable, making it easier for new customers to understand where to begin. This is followed by sections that build credibility, including customer testimonials that add social proof and help reduce hesitation.
✅ To address common concerns, a dedicated FAQ section was included and positioned strategically within the email. This ensures that questions are answered before they become objections, allowing the reader to continue moving forward without uncertainty. The layout was designed to keep this information easy to read and accessible without interrupting the overall flow.
✅ The connection between the offer and the product was also strengthened. Instead of simply presenting a discount, the email reinforces the value of the starter kits by clearly showing how they fit into a skincare routine. This helps shift the focus from price to purpose.
✅ Finally, calls to action were placed at key points throughout the email, allowing users to act whenever they feel ready. This ensures that the transition from interest to purchase feels natural and not forced.

The Outcome

The final result is an email that functions as a complete conversion experience rather than a simple promotion. It provides clarity for new customers, builds trust through structured content, and guides the reader toward making a confident decision. The client noted that the email feels more intentional and supportive, making it easier for customers to engage with the brand and understand the value of the starter kits.
