Locus: Real-time Issue Tracker (Next.js + Supabase)

Locus is a real-time, keyboard-first issue tracker for software teams, in the spirit of Linear. I designed, built and shipped it on my own, and the code is open source under the MIT license.
What it does
Workspaces with invite links and admin/member roles; teams with their own issue IDs (ENG-123) and workflows
Issues with rich-text descriptions, sub-issues, relations, comments, reactions and a full activity history
List and kanban board views with grouping, filters, drag and drop and bulk actions
Projects with milestones and health updates, and cycles with a burn-up chart and rollover
An inbox for assignments, mentions and status changes, plus a Cmd+K command menu and keyboard shortcuts for everything
Light and dark themes, responsive down to phone width
How it's built
Next.js 14 (App Router), React 18 and strict TypeScript, styled with Tailwind CSS
Supabase Postgres, Auth and Realtime: every change is written optimistically on the client, rolled back on failure, and pushed live to every collaborator
Multi-tenant row-level security on every table, with a security-definer helper for membership; the workspace is derived server-side so clients can't write across tenants
Integrity rules live in Postgres triggers: per-team issue numbering, validation, circular-parent detection and last-admin protection. Activity and notifications are generated in the database, so clients can't forge them
A database test suite runs the migrations on an in-process Postgres (PGlite) and checks 174 tenancy, upgrade-path and behavior assertions

Linear-style issue tracker I built and shipped solo: real-time sync, Cmd+K, cycles, RLS on every table and 174 database tests.
