I built a custom e-commerce experience for Serastore.in, an Indian fast-fashion brand focused on contemporary western wear, designed around mobile-first shopping, fast performance, and real-time inventory.

What’s under the hood:

1. React-powered, component-driven storefront 2. Mobile-first shopping and streamlined checkout 3. Razorpay integration for UPI, cards and net banking 4. Real-time product and inventory management 5. Automated WebP optimization and lazy-loaded imagery 6. Custom admin CMS for products, banners, pricing, discounts and orders

The goal was simple: make shopping feel instant while giving the brand complete control behind the scenes. From browsing to payment to inventory, everything works together in one custom-built system.
