Lanelabs SaaS Launch Animation Project

The finished launch piece for Lanelabs. The goal was to humanize the product by pairing a playful 2D assistant with crisp SaaS interface animations, illustrating complex workflows in an approachable, energetic, and visually punchy style.
We mapped out the narrative flow step-by-step: Intro, Problem, Offer, and CTA. The priority was stripping away clutter so each feature from task automation to visual mapping lands with purpose, perfectly paced to keep viewers engaged without feeling overwhelmed.
