Susa's Sweets & Balloons - Framer Project

This is Bia, owner of Susa's Sweets & Balloons. She is a local small business located in Lincoln, Nebraska. - Her business is to sell bundles of sweets & balloon assortments to personal & business clients. She has always wanted a website but she never had the time nor she thought she could have one due to thinking it was too much technology to deal with.

Her pain points? - Many of them.

She was having to deal with clients on the spot on her cellphone through messages, getting ghosted & having to wait hours for a response. Sometimes clients even requested a price on the spot, were this would pressure Bia to throw a random number, most times underselling herself by a lot.

This is where we came in, Eric & I, from AHXE Labs. - Eric already knew Bia, so we set a meeting in person to discuss how we could help her with a website and show all the advantages of how having one, could impact her business positively, not just in the value to get more client attention but as well as showing on in google rankings against other competitors. A Meeting With AHXE Labs & Bia

In our meeting, we sat down together and talked about her pain points. - Before we met I had designed a quick grayscale wireframe of how her website was going to look like as a pitch. Just so she could have an idea of what we were working with here. She only had a logo but no branding, no colors, and her main social medias were Facebook & Instagram.

I advised Bia that it was okay to not having a brand or official colors. Based on the logo she already had, I was going to come up with colors for her website & a new logo to meet today's standard. This wasn't part of our original offer in services, but we won't just help you with just a website. We want you to succeed and grow! - If we can help on anything else that we are capable, we will!

We provided a quick refresh to her logo were it can be easier to spot in social media, where as before the letters were too hard to read in the small circle. Bia wanted her logo simple & so we did that!

After Setting The Goals In Mind & Problems To Solve

We began designing how the website was going to look at a higher fidelity. This process took about a couple hours with Bia, making sure she understood the process of her website!

Bia Approves Design - AHXE Labs ''Starts Cooking''

Once Bia approved the layout, look and feel of her site. AHXE Labs went deeper into her site. Designed first in Figma, then moving into Framer. We presented a much WOW website to her then what was originally pitched. - Why? - We overdeliver. We didn't just want to make her a website and solve some problems. We wanted to help her stand out in Lincoln, get more sales and most important her being able to have more control over her orders.

We Are More Than Just Website Makers.

Behind the website, we combined a back-end system with Square. This enables her have control over her orders & get paid easier! - We explained to her how to use square and handed her off a personalized manual for her to do any changes if she needs to! - We also offer a 2 week post maintenance, so we have been able to be with her for any changes that comes up!
