We developed a custom CRM for London Gas & Power, a London-based B2B energy company, using Laravel & VueJS. This solution efficiently manages multi-layered user roles, ensuring secure and seamless access for admins, sales teams, and customers. Key features include lead import/export, lead assignment to teams, tracking lead status, and the ability to convert leads into accounts/customers.

The system also supports customer onboarding with integrated Letter of Authority (LOA) and contract signing, file uploads, and real-time team communication via live notifications. Additionally, reminders for contract expiry and comprehensive reporting help the team stay on top of client interactions and business performance. The CRM was built to meet the specific needs of B2B operations, providing an efficient, user-friendly platform for managing leads and contracts.
