Employee Connect: A Strategic HR Solution

Employee Connect is an innovative internal enterprise application designed to enhance HR and management interactions with employees. My role in this project involved transforming high-fidelity designs into a fully operational application using NextJS, focusing on achieving a responsive and intuitive user interface.

A key feature of Employee Connect is the "RAG Status" system, which categorizes employee states into Red, Amber, and Green, allowing HR to quickly identify and address potential issues to mitigate attrition effectively. Throughout the development process, I adhered to best practices for client-first solutions to ensure the application not only met but exceeded client expectations.
