Rebranding SharePoint involved multiple stages of user research, including card sorting for navigation architecture. A new brand was created based up final round of mood board. Next, a design phase includes creating new site templates, themes, and branding elements like logos, colors, and fonts. These designs are integrated into SharePoint using customization tools such as site settings, CSS, and HTML. Mockups were created for approval using the components in Microsoft's Figma library.
