Effectively managing and coordinating graphic and motion design projects from conception to completion is my area of expertise. I coordinate designers, consultants, and vendors to ensure all project requirements are met. I am skilled in creating and delivering highly persuasive sales and marketing presentations, expertly converting features to benefits to achieve client objectives. Furthermore, I am proficient in managing all operational, strategic, financial, quote/bid, staffing, and administrative functions.
Some of my achievements include designing and producing art and copy layouts for various visual communication media, such as collateral, branding, identity, packaging, decks, and large format graphics. Additionally, I create regular internal communication mailers for hiring and special events and mood boards for campus events such as JumpStart, XT Summits, and T-1. I have also partnered with the product team to ensure brand consistency between product and marketing. I ensure the reliable delivery of all printed materials by managing vendors from bidding to the final product. Furthermore, I have utilized PowerPoint to create a reusable presentation template that became the company standard for internal, sales, and shareholder presentations.
