The Challenge

An e-commerce brand needed to scale sales through Meta Ads while keeping cost-per-acquisition low and maintaining profitable returns. The goal: drive consistent purchases without inflating ad spend.

The Strategy

I built a full-funnel Meta Ads structure across Facebook and Instagram, focused on three pillars:
Audience segmentation: Layered interest-based, lookalike, and retargeting audiences to reach high-intent buyers at every stage of the funnel.
Creative testing: Ran multiple ad variations to identify top-performing creatives quickly, then scaled winners aggressively.
Budget optimization: Used campaign budget optimization (CBO) to let Meta's algorithm allocate spend toward the highest-converting ad sets in real time.

Execution

The campaign targeted the USA market through the Meta Ads ecosystem. I structured it with a clear separation between prospecting (cold audiences) and retargeting (warm audiences), ensuring each segment received tailored messaging and creative.
Key optimizations included:
Daily monitoring and bid adjustments to maintain CPA stability
Rapid creative iteration based on early performance signals
Scaling winning ad sets incrementally to avoid audience fatigue

Results

15.40x ROAS across the campaign
55 sales generated
$6.83 CPA held stable throughout the scaling phase
Profitable returns maintained from a controlled daily budget
The campaign proved that disciplined structure and creative testing can deliver outsized returns without requiring a massive budget.
