GOTYU UNDERWEAR WAS FOUNDED IN FRANCE WITH A CLEAR MISSION : PROVIDE WOMEN* WITH AFFORDABLE AND RELIABLE PERIOD PROTECTION. WOMEN* USED TO CHOOSE BETWEEN TAMPONS AND PADS STUFFED WITH CHEMICALS AND PESTICIDES. BECAUSE WE BELIEVE THAT INTIMATE PROTECTION SHOULD BE CLEAN AND AFFORDABLE WHILST RESPECTING YOUR INTIMACY, WE ESTABLISHED GOTYU.

For a couple of month I work with GotYu and provide the Customer Service in German for this start-up. I established a E-Mail Template (German and English) to improve and speed up my workflow. My daily tasks are replying to customers questions or handle a refund or exchange.
