“A client got the onboarding email twice.”
A duplicate trigger fired the welcome sequence twice for one signup. Small glitch, slightly awkward fixed by making sure only one system owns the trigger, not two overlapping ones.
→ The more automated a process, the more it needs one clear source of truth.
