Holfit: A Solar Energy Website Built to Turn Visitors into Leads

Overview

Holfit is a modern website for a renewable energy company offering solar installations, battery storage, EV charging, and energy audits. I designed and built it in Framer as a fast, responsive, conversion-focused site that explains a technical service in plain language and guides visitors toward requesting a free energy assessment.
The site includes a home page, about, solutions, projects, blog, and contact pages. It’s built with reusable components so content stays easy to update.

The Challenge

Solar and clean-energy companies sell something that feels expensive, technical, and risky. Visitors arrive with doubts about cost, installation time, and whether the company can be trusted. Many sites in this space bury those answers under jargon and stock imagery. Holfit needed a site that explained its offer quickly, built trust, and pushed visitors toward one action: requesting a free energy assessment.

The Solution

I designed a clean, high-performance site that leads with the customer’s biggest motivation, saving money. The hero headline, “Switch to Solar & Start Saving From Day One,” sets that tone, and a single clear call to action (“Free Energy Assessment”) follows the visitor down the page.
Key design decisions:
Proof early. A stats band (45+ MW installed, 30–70% average savings, 1,200+ buildings powered) comes right after the intro, so credibility is established before visitors have to scroll for it.
A simple 3-step process. Assessment, Design, Installation. Breaking a complex service into three steps makes it feel manageable and lowers the barrier to enquiring.
Clear solution cards. Solar systems, battery storage, EV charging, and energy audits each get a short, scannable card instead of a wall of text.
Local project showcase. Case-style project cards for residential, commercial, retail, and industrial installations show the range of work and make the brand feel real.
Objection-handling built in. Testimonials from homeowners, business owners, and a healthcare facility, plus an FAQ on savings, install time, and system lifespan, answer the questions people usually ask before they get in touch.
A blog for long-term trust and SEO. Articles on operating costs, business readiness, and battery storage position the brand as a knowledgeable guide.
The layout is fully responsive and built from reusable Framer components, so the client can update content, swap images, and add pages without breaking the design.

Outcome

The finished Holfit website gives a renewable energy brand a credible, modern online presence with a clear path from first impression to enquiry. Visitors can understand the offer, see proof of past work, and request a free energy assessment within a single scroll.
What the final build delivers:
A clear conversion path. A “Free Energy Assessment” call to action runs through the navigation, hero, and contact page, so the next step is always visible.
Trust built into the page. Stats, project case cards, testimonials, and an FAQ address the usual doubts about cost, installation time, and reliability before a visitor reaches out.
A consistent experience on every device. The layout is fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
A site the client can maintain. Reusable components and a blog structure let the team update text, images, projects, and articles without touching the design system.
A foundation for organic growth. A blog section and clean page structure give the brand room to build search visibility over time.
