La Fleur — A Floral-Inspired Framer Experience

Web Design · UI/UX · Framer Development · Responsive Design

The Project

La Fleur is a custom-designed and developed Framer template created for florists, wedding designers, and creative event studios.
The goal was to build something that goes beyond a typical business website — a digital space that feels as carefully curated and visually expressive as the floral arrangements and events it represents.
I wanted La Fleur to capture the feeling of flipping through a beautifully designed editorial magazine, while still being intuitive, functional, and easy for businesses to customize.

The Creative Direction

The biggest challenge was finding the right balance between aesthetics and usability.
Floral and event businesses rely heavily on visual storytelling, so photography needed to take center stage. At the same time, the website had to communicate services clearly and encourage potential clients to get in touch.
I approached the design with a few key principles in mind:
Editorial-inspired layouts that give photography room to breathe.
Expressive typography that adds personality without overpowering the content.
Thoughtful spacing and composition to create a natural rhythm throughout the website.
Subtle animations and interactions that enhance the experience rather than distract from it.
Clear navigation and calls to action that make exploring the website effortless.
The result is a visual direction that feels romantic, contemporary, and a little unexpected.

From Design to Development

I handled both the design and development, building the experience in Framer with a strong focus on visual consistency, responsive behavior, and attention to detail.
Rather than treating mobile as an afterthought, I focused on making sure the layouts, typography, and overall experience translated naturally across different screen sizes.
I also paid particular attention to the smaller details — how sections flow into one another, how elements respond to interactions, and how the website feels as a complete experience.
The template was built to be customizable, allowing creative businesses to adapt the content, imagery, and visual identity to their own brand.

The Outcome

La Fleur brings together editorial aesthetics and practical website functionality in a cohesive, ready-to-customize Framer template.
It gives florists and creative studios a visually distinctive foundation to showcase their work, communicate their services, tell their story, and connect with potential clients.
More than anything, this project reflects my approach to web design and development: combining strong visual direction with thoughtful interactions, responsive layouts, and the small details that make a website feel complete.
A little romantic, a little editorial, and anything but ordinary.
