Marsen Website-to-CRM Enquiry Receipt | Internal Pilot

We replaced our own website’s email-only enquiry handoff with a validated workflow that records a durable receipt in Twenty CRM. The implementation connects a same-origin Vercel endpoint to a private n8n webhook and a CRM task, using a stable request reference for duplicate handling.

The workflow includes input validation, a honeypot, privacy acknowledgement and a human review step. The published acceptance test on 17 September 2026 used one synthetic enquiry and one identical replay; both resulted in exactly one CRM task. An unapproved-origin request was rejected.

This is an internal implementation pilot. The result demonstrates receipt and deduplication for that test; it does not claim customer revenue, conversion lift or measured time savings. The cover is a Marsen service illustration; the linked case contains the implementation evidence.
