Rubber Duck Tech Solutions (RDTS) is my independent studio, where I work as a fractional AI lead for funded startups and growing companies. The premise is simple: a new model drops, a new tool gets hyped, and everyone on the team looks to one person to figure out what it means. I take that on. On a monthly retainer, I keep up with AI so a team doesn't have to, available for decisions, reviews, and rapid-fire questions, and I build the long-running agents and automations that own a team's repeated work.
