Health Hub, patient friendly health app website

a. Problem & goal
Patients often juggle multiple apps, portals, and paper notes when they manage appointments, prescriptions, and insurance. The goal for Health Hub was to imagine a website that explains a single app which brings everything together, without overwhelming visitors. The page needed to show what the app does, who it is for, and how to start, in a way that feels calm and trustworthy.
b. What I did
My role was UX, UI, and web designer for this concept project. I planned the page structure, starting from the core promise, then listing the main doubts a patient might have. From there I designed the hero, dashboard preview, three step onboarding, specialists list, patient stories, FAQ, and final app download call to action. All screens were designed in Figma with a focus on clear hierarchy, cards, and simple labels.
c. The site and flow
The page opens with the line “Your Health, Perfectly Organized”, app store ratings, and two primary actions, download the app or view a short demo. Right after the hero, a bento style dashboard section shows how Health Hub surfaces lab results, upcoming appointments, profile details, insurance, and prescriptions side by side. A three step section explains how to get started, create an account, connect insurance, and begin consultations. The next block introduces featured specialists with large portraits and simple “Book appointment” actions. Below that, patient stories add social proof, followed by a FAQ area that answers common questions about insurance, cancellations, prescriptions, and data security. The page closes with a focused CTA panel that invites visitors to book the right doctor and download the app from the major stores.
d. Results & my role
This is a concept project, so there are no live metrics, however the layout is built to support quick understanding, less anxiety, and a clear booking path for patients who may not be tech savvy. The structure also gives space for an in product dashboard story, not just marketing copy, which would help future teams explain the app during sales or onboarding. My role covered structure, UX decisions, UI design, and preparing the page so it can be built in any modern web tool.
